Also, I have tried the AVerMedia support line….they have been extremely helpful and supportive to me…….if you get a busy signal when you call…the best advice is to wait a few moments to see if you get through quickly, and if not, hang up and call an hour later rather than sit on the phone. My experience to date is that you can get through fast 60-70% of the time.
